LeaseRenewal is free — and always will be

This is a decision-support calculator, not a subscription service. There are no paid tiers, no trial periods, no credit card required. The whole product is yours to use, immediately and without limits.

Why there is no paid tier

LeaseRenewal has no accounts, no login, no stored data. Every session is anonymous and independent. Without these, there is no way to gate features or identify a "paid" user — and building accounts just to charge for arithmetic would add complexity without delivering value.

The architecture is intentionally simple: paste your CSV, get your ranked worklist, and your data is discarded server-side. Results are cached in your browser for convenience — nothing is stored or logged on our side. A paid tier would not make the arithmetic better, faster, or more accurate. It would only add friction.

If the product adds accounts and persistence in the future, a paid tier may become viable (likely $7–$9/month or equivalent). That decision belongs to a future architecture cycle, not this one.

What this tool will not give you

These are capabilities that cannot ship from this platform today:

• Email alerts or scheduled notifications — there is no email sender in this fleet. LeaseRenewal cannot email you when a lease expires.
• Cross-device data sync — history is saved in your browser using local storage, so it only follows you on this device. No accounts means no cloud sync.
• PMS integration — no connection to Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, AppFolio, or ResMan. You must export CSV from your PMS.
