The service is provided free of charge. There are no user accounts, no stored data, no authentication layer, and no persistent state between sessions.

If the product adds a paid tier in the future (requiring accounts and persistence), these terms will be updated with billing details at that time.
You may not use LeaseRenewal to process or store protected health information (HIPAA), payment card data (PCI-DSS), or any data subject to specific regulatory regimes beyond standard rent-roll information. The tool is designed for lease-renewal analysis of multifamily properties and may not be suitable for other contexts.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you submit. LeaseRenewal performs no verification of your inputs beyond format validation.
LeaseRenewal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The computed break-even arithmetic and rankings are deterministic outputs of the inputs you supply. They are not predictions, recommendations, or compliance advice.
The operator disclaims all liability for decisions made based on the output of this tool. LeaseRenewal is a decision-support instrument, not a substitute for professional judgment, a valuation opinion, or a fair-housing compliance review.
Because no data is stored, there is no risk of data breach exposing your rent-roll information from our systems. The data exists only in the network request and is discarded when the response is sent.

These terms may be updated as the business structure is formalised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
