LeaseRenewal processes only the data you explicitly provide through the web interface: lease unit identifiers, current rent amounts, proposed rent amounts, lease term in months, optional unit type labels, and optional expiry dates. No other data is collected.
No demographic data, personal resident information, payment history, credit information, or any field that could identify an individual person is requested, accepted, or used.
Your data is sent from your browser to LeaseRenewal's API endpoint over HTTPS. The API processes it in memory — computing break-even months, risk flags, and rankings — and returns the result. The data is then discarded. No write occurs to any database, storage system, log file, or cache.
The API is a single Cloudflare Worker with no persistent storage attached (no D1, no KV, no object store, no filesystem). There is no database to write to and no background process that retains data.
Data is retained for zero duration beyond the single request-response cycle. The Worker does not log request bodies, store session state, or maintain any in-memory cache between requests. You may reload the page or revisit it; each session is independent.
LeaseRenewal does not set cookies, use tracking pixels, run analytics scripts, or load any third-party resources except the web font files served from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) which are necessary to render the site's typography. No analytics service is loaded.
LeaseRenewal does not share, sell, or transfer your data to any third party. Because no data is stored, there is nothing to share.
No legal entity has been registered for this business yet. The operator must supply the entity name, address, and jurisdiction before these terms bind anyone. Until then, this privacy policy is provided in good faith as a statement of how the product currently handles data, not as a legally binding document.
